The Lost Marketing Press blog was founded by me, David Iwanow with an aim to write marketing focused articles that are sometimes critical but always try and focus on explaining possible solutions they can implement.

Some of my many articles cover guidance on using a number of advanced marketing tools as part of a digital strategy.  Where possible our articles focus on tips on how you can build quality traffic to your site, understand your current traffic patterns to improve conversion rates and help you protect your brand in the search results. There are also interviews, product reviews, conference reviews and screenshots that I find amusing enough to share.

I regularly contribute articles for a number of industry sites such as MarketingMag.com.au, Marketing.com.au, DynamicBusiness, Flippa, Technorati, Search News Central, Search Engine Journal, Stay on Search and sometimes over on Ideal Marketing when I get bored. I have also has co-authored “Google Advertising Tools 2nd Edition” for O’Reilly Media back in 2009 which focused around Google AdWords marketing.

Showing my support of web analytics and expertise I was one of the first consultants in Australia to sit the exam testing my knowledge of Google Analytics.  I have passed the Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ) program, and I am therefore a Google Analytics qualified individual as of the 3rd April 2009. To verify that I passed my GAIQ program certification please visit this link.
